From classrooms to corporate boardrooms, Rick’s journey has always centered on one thing: empowering people through communication. He began as a private trumpet teacher and band director, eventually serving as a principal and later an Administrative Specialist supporting superintendents, principals, and teachers across Central Texas. Along the way, he discovered a truth that now drives his coaching and speaking: great communication isn’t about perfection, it’s about connection.

Today, Rick blends his background in education, leadership, and performance to coach executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals who want to speak with confidence, lead with presence, and create lasting influence.
